William Gallas On How Arsenal Can surpass Manchester City

 William Gallas, a former captain of Arsenal, maintains that the current squad is still developing.Gallas believes they should make new purchases in January.

He stated to Gamblingzone that Declan Rice is now a better signing than Moises Caicedo. It appeared as though he had been playing for Arsenal for a year from the start of the first game. You can see he is committed to Arsenal because he talks to the players, knows when to get the ball and where to go with it, and is skilled at box-to-box play.

In my opinion, he simply has to score more goals before we can discuss him at the highest level. But Rice will eventually rank among the world's top midfielders.

"It's easy: Arsenal still needs to sign one solid right-back. I would pay close attention to that position because it is there that they need to locate the right right-back, not a center-back who plays there.

"With the current state of football, you need a guy that can play box-to-box, defend well while also possessing the skills to attack, make effective crosses, and make a difference. Arsenal does not currently possess that player. They require a good right-back.

Before the season begins, you should consider the fact that there are good players that can play that position. Ben White is capable of doing the job, but you'll need a right-back who plays in Kyle Walker's manner when you play against the bigger clubs. It would be fantastic if they could bring in a guy of that caliber.
