 Al Duhail of Qatar are currently on the verge of signing a star player from the Premier League. The Middle Eastern team is getting closer to signing Philippe Coutinho from Aston Villa this summer.The two teams are in discussions on Coutinho's release for this season, according to Fabrizio Romano. Besiktas in Turkey and Real Betis in Spain had both expressed interest in signing Coutinho. He looks to have decided he wants to play in the Qatari league, though. The agreement is a straightforward loan that guarantees that Qatar would pay the full amount of his salary.
