Scholes On Manchester United Current Form

 Legendary Manchester United player Paul Scholes has delivered a stinging critique of his former team.

On Wednesday night, Scholes, who now serves as a pundit on British television, did not hold back while expressing his views. In the group rounds of the Champions League, Bayern Munich defeated United 4-3 away from home.There is a weakness to them, Scholes noted in a TNT Sports interview.

"They do appear to collapse a little bit when things are going wrong, and there is a soft underbelly to them."They scored three goals, which is great, but I thought Bayern might pick up the pace and add another.

"I felt there was a significant gap between the teams, especially in the second half."First half, I thought they played well, but they still let in two goals due to a lack of focus.

"The team has experience, but I don't believe it's being utilized. In Europe, concentration is crucial because one goal can easily lead to two and three. None of those centers are yelling at Casemiro and Eriksen to enter the room, Are Casemiro and Eriksen telling the wide players to enter the game close to me so we can settle it down?

Manchester City Keeping Tab On PSG Young Star

According to the Daily Mirror, Man City manager Pep Guardiola was interested in signing Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Warren Zaire-Emery as part of a deal that would have seen Bernardo Silva leave the team.   The 17-year-old clocked 918 minutes in Ligue 1 last season and made 26 league appearances while scoring two goals and placing admirably across a wide range of passing metrics.   Zare-Emery has established himself as a key member of Luis Enrique's midfield and has even been dubbed "undroppable" for the Spanish coach's version of PSG this year. All six of PSG's games this season have featured the young player, who captains the France U21 team coached by Arsenal legend Thierry Henry. He will likely play tonight in Le Classique for PSG against Olympique de Marseille.
