Liverpool Legend Next To Replace Jurgen Klopp

 Jason McAteer, a Liverpool legend, believes Xabi Alonso will manage the Reds in the future.With Bayer Leverkusen, Xabi is now making an impression.

"A lot of life is timing, being in the right place at the right time," said McAteer to BoyleSports.

"People tell me that Steven Gerrard will be the next manager of Liverpool. Not necessary; if Jurgen Klopp wants to go and the stars don't align for his managerial career, it won't happen.

"If you're asking me right now, just by the way things are going and the time, Xabi Alonso is ahead of Steven."

Manchester City Keeping Tab On PSG Young Star

According to the Daily Mirror, Man City manager Pep Guardiola was interested in signing Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Warren Zaire-Emery as part of a deal that would have seen Bernardo Silva leave the team.   The 17-year-old clocked 918 minutes in Ligue 1 last season and made 26 league appearances while scoring two goals and placing admirably across a wide range of passing metrics.   Zare-Emery has established himself as a key member of Luis Enrique's midfield and has even been dubbed "undroppable" for the Spanish coach's version of PSG this year. All six of PSG's games this season have featured the young player, who captains the France U21 team coached by Arsenal legend Thierry Henry. He will likely play tonight in Le Classique for PSG against Olympique de Marseille.
