Joe Cole on Saka Form

Arsenal finished last season in a European spot, thanks in part to Bukayo Saka.

Joe Cole said of Bukayo Saka, "You can't defend [against Saka] because he has this ability like Lionel Messi where he takes it backwards, So the defender, you can stop him but he takes it back and he's still got the ability to whip it with so much power."


Only a select few [players] possess it: Mo Salah, Lionel Messi, and Bukayo Saka. He becomes clinical in that situation. Speaking on Channel 4, he said.

Manchester City Keeping Tab On PSG Young Star

According to the Daily Mirror, Man City manager Pep Guardiola was interested in signing Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Warren Zaire-Emery as part of a deal that would have seen Bernardo Silva leave the team.   The 17-year-old clocked 918 minutes in Ligue 1 last season and made 26 league appearances while scoring two goals and placing admirably across a wide range of passing metrics.   Zare-Emery has established himself as a key member of Luis Enrique's midfield and has even been dubbed "undroppable" for the Spanish coach's version of PSG this year. All six of PSG's games this season have featured the young player, who captains the France U21 team coached by Arsenal legend Thierry Henry. He will likely play tonight in Le Classique for PSG against Olympique de Marseille.
